REFUND POLICY

Our products fall in the range of non-returnable categories so unfortunately, we can’t offer you returns and refunds once items have been purchased. But we give you the relaxation of replacement of the product if the product sent to you is damaged or expired. If 14 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you an exchange.

To be eligible for a replacement, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

To complete your replacement, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.

Once your replacement is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your replacement item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your replacement.
If you are approved, then your replacement will be processed, and another fine package will automatically be dispatched to your home or original shipping address of the order, within a certain amount of days.

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary.
