इस्तेमाल का तरीका
5 किलो कच्चे आम पानी से धो डालें और इसके टुकड़े कर लें। इन टुकड़ों में १ किलो बालाजी अचार मसाला मिलकर अच्छी तरह हिलाएं और बर्नी में भर लें। अब १ किलो तेल लेकर गर्म करें। तेल ठंडा होने पर इसे बर्नी में दाल दें। अचार बनाते समय बालाजी अचार मसाला के अलावा कोई और मसाला मिलाने की जरुरत नहीं।
कच्चे आम की मात्रा अपने आवश्यकतानुसार ले सकते हैं।

सावधानियाँ
- बर्नी साफ़ धुली हुई होनी चाहिए।
